Why me? Why mindfulness?
Imagine this: you are in a tram going up a beautiful mountain side in Germany. Your entire immediate family is with you, marveling at the view, but you are in the bottom of the tram hyperventilating and crying for fear that it will fall and you will all be killed instantly. This was me- this was my rock bottom. I had spent my life trying to control everything I could just to keep myself from spinning into this type of situation.
